2023 HVAC System Replacement

The Antrim Township Board of Supervisors is requesting proposals from qualified providers for replacement of the Antrim Township Municipal Building HVAC equipment. Proposals may be awarded by the Board of Supervisors at their Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at approximately 7:30pm. The Township reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals. Interested parties may contact Chris Ardinger, Township Administrator for additional information, measurements, specifications and to view and identify needs.

PROJECT NOTICES/GENERAL INFORMATION:

A Pre-Proposal site visit is required. To be eligible to submit a proposal the respondent must schedule a walkthrough of the municipal building facilities. Based on information gathered during the RFP phase, respondent will provide preliminary assessment of the mechanical systems and submit within part of the written proposal.

Proposals Due: Thursday, November 9, 2023

Contractor Requirements:

  1. Capacity to fully bond the cost of all services in their scope.

  2. Previous comparable project experience (minimum of two similar projects).
